Firstbird goes Recfest19!
On the 11th of July, we’ll be spreading our wings and flying over to London for the biggest Talent Acquisition event of the year: RecFest19! For the sixth year in a row, three thousand HR professionals will meet up at Mudchute Park to learn, educate and inspire. We’re really excited to be taking part for the first time, and these are the things we’re most looking forward to:
40 hours of fresh ideas
Recfest is all about broadening horizons. Over 100 international speakers will talk about all the different things that drive recruitment today. With the attendees at the center of the event, the audience will have 30 minutes following each session to ask questions and get involved in discussion with the speakers. Meet the Firstbird CEO, Arnim Wahls, on the Disrupt Stage at 1.15 PM, together with Tobias Ortner if you want to find out how you can save a dying referral program!
More information and the whole agenda can be found here.
Relaxed Professionalism (casual, yet still classy!)
…meaning the right atmosphere to make new connections! Recfest is certainly not your typical HR event. It is about creating a positive environment to learn and enlarge your network, where fun and relaxing are absolutely encouraged. How to do this better than with street food, chill-out areas and relaxed meeting spaces for constructive discussions and maybe a bar or two! And last but not least: most of the event space is located outside so you can enjoy the lovely summer day (and night)!
The Show must go on!
The last session is most definitely not the end of the event, but rather just the beginning: a DJ and live music will be waiting – providing the perfect end to an intense day full of new impressions and new contacts. Watch this video to get a glimpse of last year’s event!
If you’re also attending Recfest, we’ll be located at booth D3, so come by and see us for a visit! We’ll have a big claw where you can win a cuddly “Firstbird” and lots more.
See you there!
