VIENNA, AUSTRIA (January 25, 2022) – Firstbird, the global leader in SaaS-based employee referral programs today announced its plans to merge with Radancy, the US-based global talent technology leader. Headquartered in New York, Radancy offers a unified talent acquisition platform that revolutionizes how employers attract and hire the talent they need. The merger with Radancy is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including certain regulatory approvals.
This strategic merger combines Firstbird’s innovative referral technology with Radancy’s unified platform and accelerates Firstbird’s vision to become the global standard for employee referrals. Together, they will provide global clients with new and essential touchpoints along the entire candidate journey, connecting people to careers and companies with qualified candidates to solve their most critical talent acquisition challenges.
“At Firstbird, our mission has always been to be the global standard for employee referrals. With Radancy we can now provide our customers with highly experienced local teams and service excellence across the world,” says Arnim Wahls, CEO of Firstbird. “Together, our combined products provide us with a unique offering to enable enterprises to attract and hire the talent they need.”
