This year’s #ZP17 motto “Work:olution – Moving Minds” focused on the controversial and much-debated topic of how machines and robotics are moving in the working world and debated whether they are working solutions or tools that disrupt the “human” element in Human Resources.Firstbird was also proud, to have sponsored one of the most sought-after HR events in Cologne, HR Night which was praised by all who attended. The evening later turned into a party that went through to the early hours of the morning and it was a great opportunity for people of the HR world to network and show off their dancing moves on the dancefloor.
